Maria Jose comes from a small village in Queretaro, Mexico; she lives with her parents and younger brother.
Maria Jose will reside at our La Cima facility for the next five years, where she will earn an engineering degree in logistics and participate in our life-skills programs.
Maria Jose is an amazing young woman – the first in her generational family to attend high school and university. Maria had a dream before starting high school that she would join our organization and someday graduate university and help her family out of poverty. Maria kept focused, graduated top of her class, and is grateful for her new journey.
