Nutrition and Body Awareness: A Transformative Workshop
We are very proud to share that our students participated in a workshop on nutrition and body awareness, where they learned about the different food groups and their function in the body. During the sessions, they explored in a practical way how good nutrition, physical activity, adequate rest and listening to their body’s needs are essential to maintain comprehensive health.
In addition, they strengthened their ability to consciously choose the foods their body requires, promoting healthy habits that will positively impact their long-term well-being.
At our Foundation we know that a proper diet is not only essential for physical health, but also directly influences academic performance and achieving a life balance. Eating well is taking care of yourself, it is enhancing your abilities and it is one more step towards a full and happy life.
