The Gibson Soto Foundation has supported me unconditionally in a way that helps me continue with my studies and complement my knowledge more and more with the personal growth workshops and the people who provide us with knowledge of the English language. In my case, I took classes of English with Robyn, a very kind little person who speaks native English, so that allowed me to advance in English and understand the language a little more since I did not have much presence of English before arriving at The Gibson Soto Foundation, on my part I am very grateful to have advisors from Tecnologico de Monterrey who also support me on some topics that I do not understand and can be up to date.
On the other hand, the human development workshops have transformed my life in such a way that I see myself enriching myself in different ways and having a broader panorama of my ideas, which allowed me to learn new things that are important to my life such as self-care, self-control, types of leadership, learning new values, pomodoro technique, performing an ikigai, learning to create a problem tree, knowing the great variety and classifications of emotions that exist, most of all, co-responsibility, which is one of the things that I have always liked the most. Let’s do something that benefits us all to be well and that when you think about complaining, more than a complaint, it is a solution to improve.
I have learned to be a more responsible person than I was, taking care of things. That benefits me in the long term to be able to have a decent life, and it is something that The Gibson Soto Foundation allows me to constantly enrich myself with new knowledge to be sufficiently prepared for the future.
I hope to continue advancing and learning more new things every day. As for now, a very important project for me and of great interest to me is the community project that we are carrying out with Rodrigo, who teaches classes in a very understandable and easy-to-understand way. , and if you have a question, try to solve it as simply as possible, which complements the knowledge that I acquired in the workshops that Daiysi gave us on how to carry out a mission, vision, objectives, and values of a company, also polishing these learnings in each Rodrigo class until we have a well-written and easy-to-understand project. I really liked creating the canvas of the value proposition because, at some point, I would like to carry out a venture, and this is the knowledge that I must keep in mind to stand out and be in high demand.
I am very grateful to Daiysi for having her support in any situation I need and advising me on what is best for me, which also generates new learning for me by talking to her for my continuous improvement.
