Our students recently participated in a workshop on IKIGAI, a concept of Japanese origin that helps individuals discover their life purpose by identifying the intersection of four key elements: what you love, what you are good at, what the world needs, and what you can be compensated for.
Each student presented their personal IKIGAI and connected it to their community project, illustrating how their purpose can drive social transformation in their home communities.
Understanding their IKIGAI enables them to navigate a meaningful path, empowering them through their identity and passion, and making them conscious, committed, and connected agents of change within their environment.
